If you are unhappy with your item please notify us and return it within thirty days of receipt for an exchange, credit note or gift voucher, we do not give refunds on items purchased in store.
Credit will only be given if the item is received back in store in the same condition it was at point of purchase.

In the unlikely event that the item turns out to be faulty, refunds will be given swiftly upon return of item.

No returns on custom orders that include personalisation or custom items outside our usual product range sorry.

Refunds will be given minus return shipping costs.

Orders will be posted in the UK within two working days of payment being completed (working days do not include weekends and UK holidays).
Items will be shipped to the address on the invoice, unless otherwise notified at point of sale.
UK deliveries will be sent out using Royal mail delivery.
UK deliveries normally arrive between 1-7 working days.
International deliveries are sent by Royal Mail International Standard (formerly called Airmail). This is not tracked.
The delivery aim for International Standard is 7 - 30 working days. International buyers are themselves responsible for any import duties or customs taxes/fees incurred in their own country on top of postage.
